Positive, The views of the gardens are fine! The private hot tub in the Chalet room was perfect for relaxation. Plus, the staff was super helpful and made everything easy for us.

The gardens provided a lovely backdrop. and the sauna was a fantastic addition. Room service was prompt, making our stay relaxing.

I recently stayed at kokumi by bernalo hotels for a couple of nights and it was amazing! The sauna and Turkish bath were such a treat, and the private hot tub in our room felt like pure luxury. The staff was kind and accommodating

The facility cleanliness was subpar—bugs were found in the shower, and the spa area needed serious sanitation. Water supply failed after using the sauna, leaving us sweaty and unable to shower. The thin walls meant we were often disturbed by other guests at night. The remote location didn't help either, nor did the limited dining options, which couldn't cater to vegan or vegetarian diets.

The private hot tub was a nice touch, making it feel a bit luxurious. Unfortunately, the noise from other guests interrupted my sleep a bit, which was a bummer.

during my stay, I loved being just under 4 km from Parque Recreativo Comfama Rionegro, where I enjoyed a lovely walk amidst nature, and the nearby Museo Historico Casa de la Convencion de Rionegro was a fantastic spot for a quick cultural stop, making my weekend exploration quite delightful.

Tranquility defines this location with its picturesque gardens and tropical fruit trees. The private hot tub in our room added a spa-like touch to our stay, creating an oasis of relaxation. We enjoyed delicious boiled eggs for breakfast, and the friendly staff made our experience even better. Although the suite was fantastic, a minor inconvenience was the noise from neighboring rooms, which could be improved.

Amazing stay! I loved the private hot tub and the tranquil gardens surrounding our chalet. it felt like a serene spa retreat. However, the photos made it seem more spacious than it was. Definitely coming back!
